The arc
Day 1 installs the system. Every day after points the same setup at a bigger surface. Teaching happens live and in Notion. This page is your home base between sessions.
Install the system from a blank terminal. Make memory land in markdown. Map the eight principles to real behavior, not slogans.

The other takes 15 minutes the night before. Do them in that order and you arrive ready instead of fixing installs while the room moves on.
Claude Code needs CLAUDE-PLAN. This is the one thing that cannot be fixed at the last minute. If your account cannot open Claude Code, sort it now, not the night before.
How to check your accessDownload the workspace, open it, run one command. It takes about 15 minutes and it is mostly opening a folder. I email you a reminder the night before too.
